1.  Pre-Session Business Intake
   You’ll complete a brief questionnaire before our session so I can understand your business, current priorities, challenges, and experience with AI.
2. 90-Minute Private AI Strategy Session
   We’ll examine your goals, workflows, challenges, and opportunities to determine where AI can provide the greatest practical value.
3. AI Opportunity Assessment
   We’ll identify relevant opportunities across areas such as productivity and operations, marketing and communications, content, research, client experience, business development, and administrative work.
4. Top 3–5 AI Opportunities
   Rather than overwhelming you with dozens of possibilities, I’ll help you prioritize the opportunities that make the most sense based on your goals, potential impact, efficiency, ease of implementation, and business priorities.
5. Personalized 30-Day AI Action Plan
   Within three business days of your session, you’ll receive a personalized action plan outlining what to focus on, recommended approaches and tools where appropriate, and what to implement over the next 30 days.
6. Up to 2 Starter AI Prompts
   When appropriate, your plan may include up to two starter prompts to help you begin implementing selected recommendations.
7. 30-Minute AI Implementation Review
   Within 30 days, we’ll reconnect to review what you’ve implemented, what’s working, where you’ve encountered challenges, and what your next steps should be.

Custom AI system development, automation setup, AI assistants or agents, software integrations, custom prompt libraries, team training, implementation, and ongoing consulting are not included.
